A burst supply line, an overflowing tub, or a storm surge under the back door doesn't wait for business hours, and neither do we. Our Forest Lakes-based teams arrive with truck-mount extractors, moisture meters, and drying gear staged and ready to go.
Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Forest Lakes, AZ kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Forest Lakes roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Ceiling Water Damage Repair in Forest Lakes isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Forest Lakes, AZ licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Because our equipment lives in a Forest Lakes, AZ warehouse rather than out of state, we're not waiting on a supply run before we can start extraction.
Talk to a Forest Lakes property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Forest Lakes call at a time.
The most expensive Forest Lakes restoration jobs we run almost never started as a dramatic flood; they started as something small that got put off. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Forest Lakes team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.
From a single soaked bedroom to a commercial building with three flooded floors, our Forest Lakes teams are equipped to scale up or down — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Forest Lakes property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
Once water is out, we bring in commercial air movers and LGR dehumidifiers, positioned using psychrometric readings rather than guesswork, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For Forest Lakes homeowners, that means drywall removal at the flood cut line, subfloor assessment, and content pack-out for anything that can be saved, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
Multi-unit and commercial Forest Lakes properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
When a Forest Lakes job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.
Every Forest Lakes job includes a preventive antimicrobial application, and if we spot conditions that need full remediation we tell you plainly instead of quietly hoping it clears up.
Every Forest Lakes estimate is written and explained before work begins — no vague "we'll see how it goes" pricing.
